He was a valued team member at Neville Brody’s Research Studio in London, has been an invited speaker at numerous design colleges and has art directed countless magazines and books. Perceived value and hand-held quality are central to his approach, and Marcus believes that art direction is about collaboration, curation and cohesion.

Detroit born, London based art director Josh Hight is the newest member of the team. In addition to having rapidly established himself as an innovative designer, working for such clients as 10 magazine and Swarovski, Josh is also a successful musician. His acute eye for detail and redefined aesthetic shines across all media.
