To maintain Möet & Chandon’s relevance in an over-solicited luxury wines and spirits market, concept+image reframed the company's bilingual dossier institutionnel, or brand handbook, and managed the communications of such operations as the “restaurant ephemère” at Trocadero, the release of the new Grand Vintage 2000, and the Ferrari GTO anniversary rally in the Napa Valley. In each instance, the agency liaised with journalists in all media, elaborated a style consistent with the existing brand language, and worked to define an authoritative and recognizable voice that communicates not just timely events, but essential values.
